I’m hoping for 40 people to be on autoship. With 65 enrolled now is the work of cultivating leaders to duplicate. I’m in Tokyo and one of the few westerners in MonaVie here. I am seeking a team and the Black Ants seem to be reaching out. I am a true pioneer on this work alone in English with just a few words of encouragement to push me on. My miracles will be helping those I desire to help to catch the vision and take action. Those are the single foreign mothers who are working two or more jobs to survive and send money back home for their families. I finish payments on college for my second and last child so I can focus on MonaVie. The trials are there and so are the remaining hours to 10,000 as a distributor. Gambate!!

I have a few comments and maybe they aren’t so up beat.

Firstly the products are top shelf – pricey but top shelf. I dion’t have a problem getting people to see that. Next is the money for the product and what you can make…HMMM.

I am struggling to keep my team alive. I think there is way too much money up top in this business. I am a gold executive and it’s been going down after the first 9 months I was in and I was in as soon as i could be in Canada which was about 2 years ago.

I have ppl quitting constantly because they can’t make it STICK. We need to re-vamp this opportunity and make ppl more profitable in the beginning. Ppl would stick if they could get their product free SOONER. We don’t need quick bonuses we need bigger team commission bonuses in the start up mode.

IMHO – this is a solution:

Team commissions should go UP and maybe the bonuses at the top could help out there. Do the Harts really need a 7 MILLION dollar bonus..give me a break. These so-called leaders have had huge multi-level marketing businesses in the past. Great for them and it was hard work granted BUT..c’mon

I think the world would be better off if more ppl could make an extra 30-70 thousand a year instead of 50-70 ppl making multi millions don’t you.

We need TRUE LEADERSHIP. We know the powers at be in general are taxing us to death so lets help the general populous make some money – have some tax breaks and get some bills paid off.

My Yukon Experience:

I was in another multi level business and the leadership said it was great and that you need these tools and go to this function and to be a leader – well it cost my 10’s of thousands of dollars to do that….

Then monavie came along and we were told the other business was too hard to do and not profitable (WHY THE ABOUT FACE).

They told us they found a better opportunity for us…hmmmm us or them….hmm – they had the mtgs with you Dallin – not us – they had their new incomes figured out – not us.

Now because of our products coming frozen I am saddled with DELIVERING product to my team now (just to keep them happy and NOT QUIT).

So the bottom line is – ppl need to get their product free SOONER – less money at the top – more at the bottom – that would be a complete reversal to what happens in the world today and looking at the wolrd today this is the only solution because what is happening now ISN’T WORKING GLOBALLY.

Dallin you said you wanted to be the best COMPANY FOR THE WORLD…well i have a suggestion or two ok.

We need the ppl getting started to be profitable and get their product free as soon as posssible and their work and team tio STICK…… so.

My solution to the above submission

1 – Team commisions up from star to gold level to increase to 20-25%….now this is just to the gold level.

(this can be achieved by reducing some of the HUGE bonuses at the top levels and they should agree because it will help the business stick and their incomes too) . They will truly be LEADING by setting the example of HELPING EVERYONE.

2 – Any rank above gold still only gets 10% of the volume generated below them.

3 – When you reach ruby you go back to 10% team commissions…by this point you are making some good money and have your product for free.

This in my humble opinion would help EVERYONE make this business work for them. People would stay on autoship and they will start to make some money. I believe for most ppl if they made an extra 50 grand a year it would change their life DRAMATICALLY.

What I have found is that ppl that don’t start making money or getting their product for free REAL SOON QUIT – it comes down to the COST – EVEN THOUGH they know the product is the best thing for them…THAT’S the REALITY..like it or not.

This all seems to EASY I know but COMMON SENSE isn’t so common anymore.

PS – I think the younger ppl need a bit better deal on the EMV commissions too. That is their market and currently the product is priced a bit high compared to others on the market.

NOW I REALIZE that we have THE BEST PRODUCT OUT THERE IN THIS CATEGORY…but to get the ORDINARY ppl to purchase it we have to have a CARROT.

Just my thoughts.
