
Hello all, my name is Shante and I’m so excited to be your chief blogger and social media guide. A little bit about me:
I grew up driving tractors, combines and forklifts with a few big rigs thrown in when the situation allowed. I’m a former broadcast journalist with a master’s in public relations.
Prior to Utah, I lived in New York, and most recently returned from a nine-month stretch in Israel (Shalom!), where we are just starting to work the MonaVie magic.
I like listening to loud music when I drive. I fancy myself to be a creative type. I love to talk and usually make faces when I do, and my favorite pastime is trying to be awesome, with “trying” being the operative word.
Okay, now that I’ve introduced myself, please feel free to do the same.
So, what I’ve learned recently is that social media is the new frontier of communication. What is social media? Well, it’s not so much what it is than what it is about and what it is about is being part of the conversation. Consider it the Share It in Drink It. Feel It. Share It.

Does it matter if the product I have sa;ys “Best By 10/10/08″…? Should I not drink it? I have 2 cases of MV Active that have that date information on the box. What should I do? Signed, Concerned

@Carol Earnest – there are a few things to consider so first I’d suggest you open those boxes and check the product “best by” dates on the actual bottles. On a rare occasion, you might get juice packaged or repackaged in an old box, though like I said, this is very rare. If the “best by” date on the juice bottle is 10/10/08, you can contact MonaVie Distributor Support at distributorsupport@monavie.com or by calling 1-866-217-8455. A distributor support representative will be able to take a look at your account and verify your last order. Finally, and not to pass the buck but this question is best answered by the product pros here at MonaVie, please send an email with this exact question to productquestions@monavie.com. They’ll totally fill you in on what you need to know and hopefully alleviate that concern!

I became involved in social media this past January when I joined Facebook. I see the potential through these avenues. Keep up the good work!
